Supporters Club Bury Event Postponed - Ipswich Town News

Tonight’s Ipswich Town Supporters Club regional event at Bury Town Football Club has been postponed due to the weather and rescheduled for Monday 11th February.

Current Town defenders Luke Chambers and Bradley Orr, ex-Blues and Bury Town stars Simon Milton and James Scowcroft and chief executive Simon Clegg were all set to make the trip to West Suffolk.

Supporters Club chair Elizabeth Edwards told TWTD: "It was a decision that we haven't taken lightly. Although the main roads are clear, many people are attending from towns and villages around Bury where roads are very icy.

"So, given the weather and safety concerns for those travelling to the event, we have decided to postpone rather than disappoint many people who want to come."

Tickets for tonight's event will be valid for the restaging. For further information, contact Elizabeth on 07968 876504 or by email.
