Thorsteinsson's Icelanders to Face Hewitt's Welsh - Ipswich Town News
Young midfielder or defender Gunnar Thorsteinsson is set to go head to head with team-mate Elliott Hewitt when Iceland’s U21s travel to Wales for a friendly at Stebonheath Park, Llanelli on Wednesday 6th February.
Right-back Hewitt has already been named in Geraint Williams’s Welsh squad and now Thorsteinsson, 18, has been selected by Iceland, his first call at U21 level.
