Dyer Completes Boro Switch - Ipswich Town News
Former Blues midfielder Kieron Dyer has completed his move to Saturday’s opponents Middlesbrough, signing a contract until the end of the season. Dyer briefly trained back with Town following his release by QPR earlier this month.
Boro boss and his one-time Blues team-mate Tony Mowbray told the BBC: "He's looked really good in training, nice and sharp.
"The level he has played his football at over the years suggests he is very talented and he's shown that in training this week."
Dyer, who we understand was also interesting clubs in the US as well as the likes of Fulham and Crystal Palace, is believed to be on a pay-as-you-play type deal reportedly worth £10,000-a-game.
