Town Add Extra Lines - Ipswich Town News

Town have announced that they have added another 30 lines for fans buying tickets over the phone after the recent complaints regarding the enormous difficulty in getting through. When trying to obtain Inter tickets some supporters reported waiting for more than six hours to get through.

Ticket office manager John Ford said: "We are sure the new facilities will make a real difference to our customer service. The club are determined to make the total football experience with Ipswich Town Football Club as trouble free as possible and this is another step towards achieving that aim."

Meanwhile the ticket office say they still have a very few tickets available on general sale for the Inter Milan match, while the Newcastle game has 2,000 tickets still on general sale.

Priority for the Aston Villa away game is as follows: Gold Card holders - 3rd December, Portman Plus - 5th December and general sale - 10th December. Tickets cost £20 adults and £10 concessions.
