New Ballot System for Town - Ipswich Town News
Town are to introduce a new automated ticket ballot system in the New Year. The current system has led to a number of complaints this season and the new system is aimed at providing a fairer service.
Town's ticket office and call centre manager John Ford said: "Starting from January I'm happy to confirm that there will be more tickets going into the ballot and that those members of Portman Plus and Blues Crew who indicated their desire to be part of the ballot will see more games."
At the AGM last week David Sheepshanks promised that fans would see improvements in the service that the ticket office is providing.
