Henderson Due at Portman Road - Ipswich Town News
Released Arsenal midfielder Conor Henderson is set to spend time with the Town squad in the week ahead with reports elsewhere claiming the 21-year-old is close to signing a deal with the Blues.
A former England U17 international, who has subsequently won caps for Ireland’s U19s and U21s, Sidcup-born Henderson spent time on loan at Coventry last season but without making an appearance.
His only senior game up to now was the Gunners’ 5-0 victory over Leyton Orient in the FA Cup in March 2011. He was released by Arsenal at the end of last season.
