Finidi Meets Brazilians - Ipswich Town News
Finidi George and his Nigerians are set to face Brazil in one of their pre-World Cup friendlies. Already a game with Matt Holland and Ireland has been set-up for May.
The Brazil game will be set for March or April as Nigeria focus on their games with England, Sweden and Argentina in World Cup Group F.
Amir Karic's Slovenians are involved in a tournament in Hong Kong in February where they play China, South Korea and a South American side yet to be decided. Karic may well be away from Portman Road by then.
As well as the Nigeria game the Irish have also organised matches against Russia and Denmark.
The England U21s have games fixed with Slovenia (February) and Italy (March). Titus Bramble, and perhaps Darren Bent, will hope to be involved with England as they prepare for the U21 World Cup in the summer.
