Cup Opponents to Become Clear - Ipswich Town News
Town's third round FA Cup ooponents will become clear this evening as Dagenham and Redbridge take on Exeter at Victoria Road in the replay of their second round tie. The first game ended 0-0 at St James' Park.
The game is live on Sky Sports One and kicks off at 7.45pm.
The Daggers are currently second in the Conference and include three players who have spent time at Portman Road. Mark Brennan spent the longest here in the eighties while Steve McGavin was a trainee and Mark Stein was on loan here in 1997.
Exeter are 10th in Division Three and last played Town in the Worthington Cup in 1998/99 with the Exeter leg ending 1-1 and the Portman Road leg 5-1.
