It's the Daggers for Town - Ipswich Town News
Town's third round FA Cup opponents will be Dagenham and Redbridge at the Daggers' Victoria Road ground. The Essex side beat Exeter 3-0 in the replay this evening, all the goals coming in the first half through Jannery, McDougald and Charlery.
None of the ex-Town contingent were in the thick of the action. Mark Brennan was on the bench, Mark Stein came off with a hamstring injury after two minutes and Steve McGavin was not involved.
Town manager George Burley got a good look at Dagenham and Redbridge while working as pundit for Sky Sports. The Blues boss praised the crossing from the Conference side in the first half.
The Town-Dagenham game will be played on the weekend of January 5th.
