Manilow Gig Confirmed - Ipswich Town News
Barry Manilow’s official UK website has confirmed that the veteran American singer-songwriter will play Portman Road this summer, as TWTD revealed on Tuesday. The 70-year-old will be in town on Friday 16th May 2014.
Manilow will also be playing in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff and Southampton during an eight-date UK tour.
P!nk’s 2010 concert was the last gig staged at Town, while REM, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bryan Adams, Rod Stewart, Status Quo, Neil Diamond and Elton John are amongst those to have previously performed at Portman Road.
