Injury News - Ipswich Town News
Town have a couple of new injury worries after yesterday's 2-0 win over Leicester. Sixto Peralta and Matt Holland both picked up knocks during the game.
Peralta was the recipient of a number of heavy challenges and now faces a precautionary x-ray on his foot. The Argentinian was feeling his foot shortly before being replaced with Jim Magilton towards the end of the game after a tackle from Ade Akinbiyi.
Matt Holland has an ankle problem and presumably will be visiting Brightlingsea in the days before the Sunderland game.
Pablo Couñago missed out today with his thigh problem while John McGreal is reported to be out of contention for three weeks after suffering an ankle injury in the Spurs game.
On the plus side Marcus Stewart still looks likely to be ready to play some part in the Charlton game on New Year's Day.
