Agent Knows Nothing of Town Interest - Ipswich Town News
Sunderland full-back Phil Bardsley’s agent has played down reports that the Blues are interested in taking the 28-year-old Scotland international on loan.
Des Wroe told TWTD that he knows nothing of the claims which appeared on one of today’s tabloids: "I’ve heard nothing and he’s not going to be fit until October.”
Former Manchester United defender Bardsley currently has a foot injury which has sidelined him since the summer.
Meanwhile, former Town loanee Patrick Kisnorbo is understood to be close to joining the Melbourne Heart in his native Australia. Kisnorbo, 32, is a free agent having left Leeds at the end of June.
