U18s Lose to Blades - Ipswich Town News
A young Town U18 side lost 4-1 at Sheffield United on Saturday afternoon. Most of the more senior academy players had been involved with the U21s at West Ham on Friday.
Schoolboy Sam Ford scored the Blues goal - his first at that level - after coming on as a sub, having also played and scored for the U16s in their 4-1 victory over the Blades.
U18s: Marsden, Walton-Owen, C Smith, Emmanuel, Ellis, Galvin, Willbye, Bishop, McLoughlin, Ramadan, J Smith. Subs used: Ford, Benyu, Baughurst.
