Strong U21s Squad Facing Bristol City - Ipswich Town News

Skipper Carlos Edwards, Frank Nouble, Jay Tabb, Tyrone Mings, Elliott Hewitt, Jack Marriott, Jordan Adekunle and Frederic Veseli are all included in the squad for tonight’s U21 game against Bristol City at Portman Road (KO 7pm).

Left-back David October, who made his debut for loan club Histon in their 1-1 draw at Guiseley on Saturday, is also set play under the terms of the agreement with the Skrill Conference North club.

Histon boss Brian Page was pleased with the 18-year-old's display: "David was safe, solid and secure. For his first game at this level he looked comfortable.”

In contrast to Town’s experienced squad, the Robins are set to field a younger side with only Joe Morrell and Wes Burns having played in the first team.

Tickets are £3 for adults and £1 for juniors with admittance free to season ticket holders and Gold and Silver Card members on production of their cards. Only the Cobbold Stand will be open.
