Marriott Set to Join Woking On Loan - Ipswich Town News
Blues boss Mick McCarthy has revealed that striker Jack Marriott is close to completing a loan move to Skrill Premier side Woking. The 19-year-old is set to spend a month with the Surrey club, who currently sit fourth from bottom of their league.
McCarthy believes the striker, who scored twice for the U21s earlier in the week, will benefit from playing regular first-team football.
"Woking want to take him and if he goes and plays at Woking I think it’ll be great for him,” he said.
