Scholar Smith Set for International Action - Ipswich Town News

Academy first-year scholar Jonny Smith is set for international action this evening as Northern Ireland’s U17s take on Latvia in the first game of the UEFA European Championships mini-tournament that they are hosting.

The striker and his Northern Irish team-mates face the Latvians at Stangmore Park, Dungannon (KO 7pm).

They then take on Turkey and Luxembourg on Saturday and Tuesday. The top two finishers in the group plus the better third-placed sides go through to the next qualifying round.
