Town have drawn Manchester City in the fourth round of the FA Cup at Portman Road. City beat Swindon 2-0 in the third round with goals from Paulo Wanchope and Kevin Horlock.
Town and City were recently in Cup action in last season's Worthington Cup, Town going through 2-1 at Maine Road after extra time and an abandoned game.
Town also did the double over the relegated Premiership side last season, 3-1 away and 2-1 at home.
