Win Second Pair of Sporting Dinner Tickets - Ipswich Town News
Throughout the week TWTD is offering readers the chance to win five pairs of tickets to a sporting dinner featuring former World Cup and Premier League referee Graham Poll and Blues legend Micky Stockwell at Greshams in Tuddenham Road on Friday 6th December (7pm).
Stockwell and Poll will be joined by comedian Ian Irving for the two-course dinner with Simon Milton hosting. More details here. Poll was a guest on Saturday’s Life’s a Pitch and you can hear him here (1hr 12mins).
To win the second pair of tickets, tell us in an email sent to competition@twtd.co.uk arriving before midnight tonight, the name of the Croatian player who Poll famously issued three yellow cards at the 2006 World Cup. The winner, which we’ll announce tomorrow when we’ll be giving away another pair of tickets, will be selected at random from the correct answers.
Yesterday’s winner, who told us that Micky Stockwell joined Colchester after leaving the Blues in 2000, was Alan Hynard.
If you don’t want to wait to see whether you win the competition, a single ticket costs £25, while a table of 10 is £225. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Proceeds from the evening will go to the Academy Association.
To reserve or purchase tickets, please call 01473 250816 or email markcalver@icloud.com.
