Sporting Dinner Competition Winner - Ipswich Town News

All last week TWTD was offering readers the chance to win five pairs of tickets to a sporting dinner featuring former World Cup and Premier League referee Graham Poll and Blues legend Micky Stockwell at Greshams in Tuddenham Road on Friday 6th December (7pm).

Stockwell and Poll will be joined by comedian Ian Irving for the two-course dinner with Simon Milton hosting. More details here.

The winner of the final pair of tickets was James Hacker, who told us that Leicester City were the opponents when Stockwell scored both goals in a 2-1 away win playing as a striker in October 1990 and had his entry drawn at random.

If you weren’t one of our winners and want to come along, a single ticket costs £25, while a table of 10 is £225. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Proceeds from the evening will go to the Academy Association.

To reserve or purchase tickets, please call 01473 250816 or email markcalver@icloud.com.

Meanwhile, the winner of our recent Academy Association competition was Ben Morrin, who told us that Titus Bramble is the sponsor of Town’s U12s side and had his email chosen at random.
