Two Off on Loan? - Ipswich Town News
Wayne Brown and Gary Croft could be allowed out on loan in the near future according to Town boss George Burley. Croft was recently linked with a temporary move to Grimsby after watching his old side beat Portsmouth over the Christmas period.
Brown returned to the Town side at the weekend for the first time this season, but previously enjoyed a spell on loan at Wimbledon who were only prevented from buying him by their financial situation.
Town boss George Burley said of the two: "Now the Christmas rush is over and our injury list is getting shorter I might be prepared to loan Wayne or Gary out so they can have the chance of playing regular first-team football."
