Boss Watches Marriott and Woking Win - Ipswich Town News
Town boss Mick McCarthy was amongst those watching Jack Marriott help his loan club Woking to a 1-0 victory over Kidderminster Harriers at the Kingfield Stadium this evening.
For once the 19-year-old, who scored a hat-trick at the weekend, wasn't on target with former Cambridge and Peterborough striker Scott Rendell netting the winner in the 64th minute.
Marriott, who was subbed in the 85th minute, has scored seven goals in six matches while on loan and is due to stay with the Cards until January 2nd.
The academy product has agreed a new contract with his previous terms up at the end of the season.
