Fans Asked to Check Cup Payment - Ipswich Town News
Fans who took up the pre-payment scheme for cup matches have been asked to check whether their payment for Saturday’s FA Cup tie against Preston have been taken.
Donna Paget from the Town ticket office told the club website: "From the 1,300 supporters on the scheme, we have had 140 failed payments which means the card number that we have on file is no longer valid and must be updated in order for us to sell their seat to them.
"There are also a number of supporters that thought they were on the scheme but aren’t and therefore their seat has not been sold to them.
"We urge all supporters to check that their accounts have been debited well before Saturday’s game.”
