Legendary former Blues groundsman Alan Ferguson is amongst the guests on Life’s a Pitch, which is live over Saturday lunchtime on Radio Suffolk (midday to 2pm). Stand-in presenter Jon Wright is joined by legend-in-residence Kevin Beattie, football’s youngest pundit Tractorboy and TWTD’s Phil Ham.

Ferguson is these days the head groundsman at St George's Park, the FA's National Football Centre near Burton-on-Trent.

Also on the show will be Russell Claydon from the Suffolk Free Press and Mick Scrivener from the North American Branch of the ITFC Supporters Club.
