Additional tickets have gone on sale for next Tuesday’s Legends of Darts Academy Association fundraiser at Greshams Sport and Social Club in Tuddenham Road (7pm).
Town-supporting darts stars Kevin Painter and Keith Deller will be joined by Blues stars past and present, Aaron Cresswell, Stephen Hunt, Daryl Murphy, Paul Taylor, Fabian Wilnis, Bryan Hamilton, Allan Hunter, John Wark and Jack Ainsley.
The evening, which will be hosted by Russ Bray, will include a darts exhibition match with the players joining 1983 World Champion and ex-Blues ballboy Deller and 2004 World finalist and Sir Bobby Robson Stand season ticket holder Painter on the oche. In addition, the World Trophy that Deller held aloft in 1983 and Town’s 2000 play-off final trophy will available for photo opportunities.
There will also be a question and answer session during dinner and an auction and raffle of darts and football memorabilia to raise funds for the Academy Association, which will receive all the proceeds from the evening. Tickets are £20 each (including bangers and mash) with VIP places £50 per head, which includes dining with either Kevin or Keith and an opportunity to play against the VIP guests.
