O'Neill Watches Blues - Ipswich Town News

Republic of Ireland manager Martin O’Neill was a guest of the club at Saturday’s 0-0 draw with Blackpool.

The Blues squad contains several players with Irish caps or hoping to break into O’Neill and assistant manager Roy Keane’s squad.

New signing Paul Green played in their first two friendlies against Latvia and Poland in November, while Daryl Murphy and Stephen Hunt are keen to add to their appearances.

Top scorer David McGoldrick recently confirmed that he is eligible for the Republic of Ireland, while defender Luke Chambers also qualifies and Jay Tabb won Irish U21 caps.
