Supporters Day This Saturday - Ipswich Town News

The official Supporters Club will be holding this year’s Supporters Day at the Wigan game on Saturday.

This year’s events will be based in Legends in the Sir Alf Ramsey Stand both pre- and post-match with a St Patrick’s Day theme running through proceedings and special deals on food and drink.

Legends will be open from 12pm with special ITFC guests making an appearance at 12.30pm. The Supporters Club will also be showcasing their branch network and the ITFC Archive Project, while BBC Radio Suffolk’s Life’s a Pitch will be broadcasting live.

Entry will be via the turnstiles near Gate 17 located on Portman Road. Fans who sit in other stands are able to attend but will be asked leave to take their seats for the game at 2.30pm.

Post-match there will extended opening hours for the now traditional Legends in Legends event with ex-players from across the years — last year from the 1960s to more recent times — posing for photos, signing autographs and chatting, while the pre-St Patrick’s Day theme will continue with Irish band Bric a Brack playing live.

All Town fans, whether from around the globe or from nearer to home, are welcome to attend.

Meanwhile, there are still a few tickets available for the Brantham Bull event on Monday 17th March. This year's Player Awards evening will be on Saturday 12th April with ticketing details announced soon.
