On-loan skipper Carlos Edwards lashed home the winning goal as Millwall beat play-off challengers Wigan 1-0 away.
The 35-year-old Trinidad and Tobago international, who was playing at right-back, was on target in the 22nd minute.
According to the official Millwall site: "[Edwards] picked up the ball in his own half and set off on a mazy run right through the heart of a home defence that stepped away from making any real challenge.
"As he closed down on goal, Edwards spotted [Scott] Carson off his line and lofted the ball over the advancing keeper, his effort taking a little deflection en route to the back of the net.”
Edwards, who is with Millwall until May 3rd, was subbed at half-time with a minor groin problem.
Elsewhere, Elliott Hewitt played the full 90 minutes as Gillingham lost 2-0 at Peterborough, while Jack Marriott was subbed on 71 as Woking drew 2-2 at Grimsby in a bizarre Skrill Premier game in which the first goal came on 84 and the other three in stoppage time.
