George Burley has confirmed that Cypriot international Petros Konnafis is at Portman Road for a trial, however, George Burley is yet to see him play and things are still at an early stage.
Burley said: "Petros has come over for a few days trial. We will see how he goes in training. I have never seen him play and will be looking at him closely. His agent has arranged the trial and Petros has a chance to show us what he can do. This is as far as we have gone at the moment. There are no thoughts about any loan deal or permanent signing at this stage."
