Adult Fitness Camps at Inspire Suffolk - Ipswich Town News

If you’re looking to become more active and improve your fitness levels then check out the new Adult Fitness Camps run by Inspire Suffolk, formerly the ITFC Charitable Trust, which start with a free taster session this week.

Inspire Suffolk's Adult Fitness Camps are designed to help achieve your fitness goals, whether you want to become more active, have more energy for your children, improve your fitness levels for sport or are just looking to lose weight.

The training programme has been designed to deliver fast results to help burn calories at a higher rate than a normal gym session.

Camps will take place both inside and outside with experienced coaches on hand to motivate and encourage.

Costing £21 for six weeks’ training, the camps start with a free taster session on Thursday 24th April from 6-7pm at Inspire Suffolk, Lindbergh Road.
