Burnley Rail Travellers Face Bus Delay - Ipswich Town News
Fans travelling by rail from Ipswich to Saturday’s game at Burnley should note that buses will replace trains on the final leg of the journey.
The 9.53am from Leeds will terminate at Hebden Bridge due to engineering work at Tordmorden.
Buses will leave Hebden Bridge at 11.01am and is scheduled to arrive at Burnley Manchester Road, the nearest station to Turf Moor, at 11.41am. The train had been due to arrive at 10.57am.
Town’s game against the Clarets, who confirmed their promotion to the Premier League yesterday, is live on Sky and kicks off at 12.15pm.
There will also be buses running between Burnley Manchester Road and Hebden Bridge after the game. More information on the Northern Rail website.
