Brighton Win to Move Up to Sixth - Ipswich Town News

Brighton moved into the final play-off place following their 2-0 home victory over Yeovil this evening. Kazenga LuaLua opened the scoring on 78 and Jesse Lingard added the second in the final minute.

The result confirms the Glovers' relegation back to League One after one season in the Championship.

Ninth-placed Town now go into Saturday’s game at Burnley four points from the Seagulls in sixth and two behind Reading in seventh, who travel to Doncaster. Nottingham Forest, who visit Bournemouth, are in eighth ahead of the Blues on goal difference.
