Patterson Nets Twice - Ipswich Town News

Patterson, who starts a two-year scholarship at Playford Road in July, netted a freekick in the 23rd minute, then converted a penalty after he had been fouled in the area six minutes later to put his side two goals in front at the break.
On Sunday, the 17-year-old was amongst the scorers as the New Zealand youngsters beat the same opposition 5-0 in another friendly.
The Junior All Whites play Papua New Guinea in the last of this week’s three friendlies on Thursday. The games are part of New Zealand's early preparations for the 2015 U20 World Cup which they are hosting.
