A Derby Down Under - Ipswich Town News
To mark Norwich City’s return to the Championship, the Australasian Branch of the ITFC Supporters Club will be playing a friendly against Canaries Down Under on Saturday 9th August, the opening day of the 2014/15 season. The game will take place in Centennial Park, Sydney and kicks off at 2.30pm.
Ed Parker from the Australasian Branch said: "The idea will be to play the match and then for everyone to head off after the game and enjoy a meal and a few beers before settling down to watch the opening day of the Championship on a big screen and maybe drink some more beer.
"I am interested to hear from anyone who would like to play in the game or just come along to support. Everyone is welcome.”
