Richardson Expected to Join Millers - Ipswich Town News
Former Town loanee Frazer Richardson is reportedly on the verge of joining hometown club Rotherham United. The 31-year-old spent the second half of 2013/14 on loan from Middlesbrough and made three starts and four sub appearances.
The right-back was released by Boro at the end of the campaign, while Blues boss Mick McCarthy said he would consider whether to offer the former Leeds, Stoke and Southampton man terms over the summer.
A deal appears not to have been forthcoming and Richardson now seems set to join ex-Town keeper Scott Loach with the newly-promoted Millers.
