Hunt Signs Deal - Ipswich Town News
Winger Stephen Hunt has confirmed that he has put pen to paper on his new one-year deal with Town. Blues boss Mick McCarthy confirmed that the 32-year-old had agreed new terms on Monday.
Hunt tweeted: "Two days' training done, en route to Rosslare [where he has his family home] and meet up fresh Monday morning ready to go.”
He added: "Oh and signed a new one-year deal #promotion #mentallystrong #promiseland”
The rest of the Blues squad will be travelling to Ireland on Sunday ahead of their week-long training camp at the Carton House hotel in Co Kildare.
Town’s first pre-season friendly is against Dublin side Shelbourne at Tolka Park on Saturday 12th July (KO 3pm).
