Eight Arrests on Sunday - Ipswich Town News
There were eight arrests in town after the FA Cup tie between the Blues and Manchester City. Some of these were involved in an incident by the Novotel in Greyfriars Road at around 9pm on Sunday night.
Five were Manchester or Lancashire based while one came from Colchester, one from Southend and one from London.
The offences varied from possession of a Class B drug to suspicion of causing criminal damage to a vehicle and suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon as well as three who were cautioned for being drunk when entering a designated sports event.
