Tickets Selling Well for East Anglian Derby - Ipswich Town News
Town have sold almost 21,000 tickets for the East Anglian derby with Norwich City on Saturday 23rd August (KO 12.15pm).
The club say some areas have already sold out with no ticket sales taking place at the ground on the day of the match. Portman Road has a capacity of just over 30,000, although segregation and security reduce that figure for derby matches.
The deadline to have purchased tickets to be posted out is 8.30am on Thursday 21st August, while the latest tickets can be bought in person at Planet Blue is 4.30pm on Friday 22nd August.
Fans whose customer number has a purchasing history from within the last 10 seasons can buy a ticket via ITFC Direct and print it out at home up until kick-off. Norwich are expected to sell out their allocation of more than 2,000.
