Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony his dismissed Twitter rumours linking Posh with Blues striker Frank Nouble. Earlier today Town boss Mick McCarthy confirmed that the 22-year-old is available for loan or permanent transfer.
Asked whether there was anything in the rumours linking his League One side to Nouble, MacAnthony tweeted: "Not at all. Was offered to us last week by Ipswich owner via BF [Posh director of football Barry Fry]. But not one of our targets. Cheers.”
