Nigeria Meet Ghana - Ipswich Town News
Nigeria will meet bogie team Ghana in the quarter-finals of the African Nations' Cup after the Black Stars came from 1-0 behind to win 2-1 in the last ten minutes of their final group game with Burkina Faso.
Nigerian supporters were hoping to meet any of Morocco, South Africa or Burkina Faso in the next phase. In the end Ghana, a side Nigeria rarely do well against, ended up as the runners-up and therefore the side meeting Nigeria in Bamako on Sunday (7pm Eurosport).
South African won the group after beating Morocco 3-1 and now meet hosts Mali in Sikasso on Tuesday.
