U18s Continue Winning Start - Ipswich Town News

Town’s U18s continued their 100 per cent start to the season by beating Nottingham Forest 2-1 away this afternoon.

Midfielder Ed Ellis (pictured) was on the scoresheet for the second game running with Irish U17 international striker Shane McLoughlin netting the other goal.

The young Blues beat Leeds United 2-0 and Crystal Palace 3-0 in their opening two fixtures, both at home. Meanwhile, the U16s beat Forest 3-0.

U18s: Marsden; Emmanuel, Smith, Fowler; Jones, Benyu, McLoughlin, Blanchfield (Daly), Walton Owen (Kenlock), Ramadan, Ellis (Ford).
