Lawrence Again in Action for Colchester - Ipswich Town News
Midfielder Byron Lawrence was in action for Colchester’s U21s as they lost 3-1 to Nottingham Forest at the Weston Homes Community Stadium last night.
The 18-year-old was playing his second game for the U’s youngsters having been made available on a free transfer by boss Mick McCarthy.
New Colchester manager Tony Humes - who will know Lawrence well from his time at Town’s academy - watched the game.
