Skipper Luke Chambers is a surprise absentee from the Town team taking on Blackburn at Portman Road today due to illness, with Christophe Berra taking over as skipper and Tommy Smith returning to the centre of the defence.
The Blues are also without Daryl Murphy (achilles), Luke Hyam (hip flexor) and Teddy Bishop (ill) but Jonny Williams is OK despite suffering an ankle problem while away with Wales.
Stephen Hunt comes into the midfield for the first time this season on the left of what looks like a diamond with Williams at the tip, Cole Skuse at the base and Kevin Bru to the right.
Former Blue Jordan Rhodes skippers Blackburn who look to be lining up 4-4-2, while former Town loanee Ryan Tunnicliffe is on the bench.
