U18s Lose at Coventry - Ipswich Town News

Town’s U18s fell to a 3-1 defeat at Coventry City this morning with Cemal Ramadan coming off the bench to score the Blues’ goal.

The Sky Blues - who top the Professional Development League Two North - went ahead via Dion Kelly Evans in the 10th minute with Jordan Shipley adding to their lead nine minutes before the break

Town introduced Ramadan at half-time and the Irish U17 international striker stabbed home from a freekick only three minutes after coming on. However, Kyle Spence made it 3-1 in the 56th minute.

U18s: McDermid, Jones (Dozzell 46), Walton Owen, Wolfenden, Emmanuel, Kenlock, Benyu, Smith, Ford (Ramadan 46), McLoughlin, Patterson. Subs: Daly, Marsden, Ellis.
