McGreal Suspension - Ipswich Town News
Town's John McGreal will miss the Southampton game due to his suspension after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season recently. Meanwhile George Burley has stressed the importance of a good disciplinary record.
Town are currently third in the Fair Play League, after winning it last season. George Burley says this is something he has worked on with his players: "As a manager I have always required my players to be disciplined on the field at the same time as being fully aware of the need to compete. In the long run it proves costly for any club with a big disciplinary problem. It's no magical thing. It's important that players realise how far they can go. They must not step over that line."
