McCarthy, Connor and Milne at ITFC Open Day at Supporters Club AGM - Ipswich Town News

Town boss Mick McCarthy, his assistant Terry Connor and managing director Ian Milne are amongst a number of club officials at tonight’s ITFC Open Evening at this year’s Supporters Club AGM (7.30pm in Legends Bar).

The event will give fans the chance to put questions to McCarthy and Connor, as well as those, such as Milne, who run Town from behind the scenes.

Liz Edwards, chair of the Supporters Club, said: "Although the Supporters Club continually raises issues and concerns with ITFC, it is really important to allow fans to have direct access to the people who actually run the club.

"Everyone has an opinion on ticketing, the fixture list, pricing policy, the Academy and our community programme - this is a chance to meet the people responsible, to find out what they do and question them. I am told that they will even accept praise where it is due!"

In addition to MD Milne, Sally Webb (club secretary and supporters liaison officer), Simon Milton (director of academy sales), Lee Hyde (retail and ticketing), Steve Pearce (media) and Jade Cole (PR manager) will also all be attending. The evening will also include the Supporters Club AGM.

All members of the Supporters Club are welcome to attend the free event, but it should be noted that evidence of membership must be provided at the door.

Members include all season ticket holders, silver card holders, student members, overseas members, Junior Blues members and members of branches who are none of the above.

For further details check out the Supporters Club’s website, the official club site, the Supporters Club on Twitter, or contact ITSC by email or by phone on 07968 876504.

Meanwhile, there are a very small number of tickets still available for this evening's ITFC On The Road event at The Dove Street Inn which Christophe Berra, Tyrone Mings and Conor Sammon will be attending. To book your free ticket, contact ITSC by email or by phone on 07968 876504.
