Three Probably OK - Ipswich Town News
Town's three injury worries all look likely to be OK to meet Liverpool at Portman Road on Saturday. Alun Armstrong (ankle), Mark Venus (knee) and Jermaine Wright (groin) all missed training earlier in the week, but are set to be available for selection.
Matteo Sereni has also had a stiff neck, but he will be OK to take his now regular place on the bench.
Liverpool keeper Jerzy Dudek looks like he'll be OK too, after suffering a groin injury in their match with Leeds last Sunday. If he doesn't make it Chris Kirkland will come in for his Liverpool League debut. His only Liverpool match so far was in the Worthington Cup loss to Grimsby earlier in the season.
Hermann Hreidarsson and Martijn Reuser are both on four bookings and only need to avoid another one in the Liverpool match to breathe a bit easier. After March 1st players need to pick up ten bookings before receiving a suspension. Liverpool is Town's last match before then. Reuser might have an easier job of it than Hreidarsson given that he's more than likely to be on the bench.
The match is being shown on foreign satllite TV which is not available on Sky or through any other mainstream UK package, but is watchable in a number of UK pubs.
