Town Confirm Williams to Miss a Month - Ipswich Town News
Town have confirmed that loanee Jonny Williams will be out for around a month with the groin injury he suffered during Saturday’s 1-0 home victory over Watford.
The 21-year-old was forced off just after the hour mark after a poor Joel Ekstrand challenge.
Physio Matt Byard told the club site: "Jonny has had a couple of scans and seen a specialist and it looks as though he will be out for about a month.”
Williams is due to remain with the Blues until the end of December, although reports earlier in the week suggested his parent club Crystal Palace had been considering recalling the Wales international prior to his injury.
