X-Ray for Stewart - Ipswich Town News
Marcus Stewart has emerged as a new injury worry after today's match with Liverpool. The Town striker is to be sent for an x-ray after receiving an elbow in the face during the second half. Stewart only recently recovered from a broken jaw so this could be a worry.
Matteo Sereni missed out on a place on the bench due to a ricked neck while Keith Branagan has a shoulder prblem which may require a scan. Mike Salmon had a rare foray on to the bench.
Jermaine Wright was substituted due to stud marks at the top of his leg, presumably the result of Stephen Wright's horror tackle earlier in the first half which went unpunished by referee Steve Bennett.
