George Burley is giving his team the weekend off before they travel to Cyprus for a training camp during their three-week period without fixtures. The Town boss says he plans to play a game while they are out there.
Burley said: "All our senior players are being given a break next weekend to recharge their batteries. Our overseas players may welcome the opportunity to visit home and catch up with friends and family. Then we regroup to prepare for the Southampton game. I have organised a three or four-day break in Cyprus against one of the other clubs are visiting the Mediterranean island for the same reason."
George Burley is not pleased with the three weeks break which he says is even less welcome after Saturday's result.
Of that result, Burley says that a defeat was probably not unexpected. The goal-difference sapping scoreline was another unhealthy element to the loss.
