Charity Thanks Town Fans - Ipswich Town News
Local charity Talitha Koum has thanked Town supporters for their generosity during their bucket collection outside Portman Road ahead of Saturday’s home game against Derby County.
TK is a community charity helping women to break free from addictions which began after the murders of five Ipswich girls in 2006.
The charity aims to support vulnerable women whose lives have been shattered by addictions, particularly from drug and alcohol abuse.
Project director Ken Donaldson said: ”We would like to express our sincere thanks to Ipswich Town fans for their generosity last Saturday.
"Before the game against Derby, TK raised almost £700 from your donations which will be used to help improve the lives of women in Ipswich blighted by addictions.
